Deliverability Manager

About Position

Join StitchedIn, a growing digital publishing and media company on a mission to empower all American consumers through meaningful content experiences, as a key member of our AdOps and Mailing team. As a Deliverability Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing email distribution channels, surfacing insights, and ensuring email is scheduled and delivered. In this role, you will test and analyze new data theories, share your insights, supervise the mailing team, and develop go-to-market & warmup plans in partnership with the brand management team.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate crossfuntionally to ensure delivery capacity is planned and exists to meet the Brand Manager’s audience and content plan, ensure plans are adjusted if delivery capacity cannot meet the business needs
  • Ensure backup capacity (delivery channels with unique hostnames, domains, and IPs) is warmed and online for all brands
  • Collaborate with the Ad Operations and Brand Management teams to ensure that detailed execution properly achieves the objectives of the Brand Manager and your specific Programming Schedule
  • Program proprietary technology and other applicable technologies to deliver optimal matching of audience, content, and delivery channel; conduct tests, provide insights, optimize toward global and per-brand KPIs and objectives
  • Track and report on the efficacy of delivery strategies and collaborate on the distribution strategies for the StitchedIn portfolio of brands
  • Analyze and report on engagement strategies across the brand portfolio
  • Maintain the mailing schedule and ensure delivery through the mailing team
  • Analyze and test new data strategies, including matching new content to new audiences and vice-versa

Required Skills

  • Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and concisely

  • Fluent in GSuite office applications, email marketing applications, HTML, and collaboration tools (Asana)
  • Ability to understand and use SQL databases, including at least baseline ad-hoc query ability
  • Fluency with structured content / markup

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in email delivery and analytics
  • Bachelor Degree preferred with a concentration in math, analytics or any other related field
  • Some leadership or management experience (preferred but not required)
  • Software development ability including reading/writing Ruby, Python, and

Javascript/HTML/CSS are a major plus (preferred but not required)

  • You must be located in and authorization to work in the United States
